account activation

Some of our members have experienced problems activating their accounts. If you have trouble, please make sure your activation email from smoothdevil isn't in your spam folder. Otherwise, please send us an email at support@smoothdevil.com and we can activate your account for you.

agency listings

If you are a company who acts as an agency, you can setup your agency members under your own profile. To do this, please send us an email to support@smoothdevil.com and let us know you'd like an agency profile. We'll set this up for you and let you know.

Once your agency membership has been setup:

1. Login and and go to edit profile.
   
   
2. Click the "agency members" tab.
   
   
3. You'll now see a button labelled "add member".
   Click on the button to create a new profile for your agency member.
   
   
4. You may now edit each agency member's profile individually.
   Please note: Their name can be unique, but they will share your username.
   
   
5. All correspondence directed to your agency members will come directly to you, enabling you to be contacted on their behalf.
