smoothdevil.com endeavours to keep our service online and functioning correctly. However we reserve the right to disable the site without prior notice if needed to perform maintenance on the site. By uploading your profile, name, images, and/or contact details, you agree that you are deciding at your own risk to make this information available on the internet. smoothdevil.com accepts no responsibility or liability arising from use or misuse of your personal information that can be freely viewed by Internet users.

advertising

Use of the advertising system on smoothdevil.com consititutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

1. Content

Advertisments ("ads") must conform to the following guidelines or they will not be approved for display on smoothdevil.

1.1. Ads must not contain text or images which could be considered vulgar, sexually explicit, racist, hateful, prejudicial, or defamatory, or otherwise 'offensive' by visitors to the site.

1.2. Ads must not contain copyrighted material (unless use is authorised by the copyright holder).

1.3. Ads must not contain links or references to sites, forums, or communities which could be considered as competitors of smoothdevil.

1.4. In the event that an ad is not approved for display by the smoothdevil team, the ad may be edited and resubmitted at no further charge, as many times as required.

2. Liabilities

2.1. smoothdevil accepts no liability for loss of service, loss of access, any losses (including financial) that may be incurred directly or indirectly through use of the smoothdevil advertising system.

2.2. We strive to provide a seamless web experience for our users, but cannot he held liable for any server outages or other technical issues which prevent users seeing your ads, or your access to your bids. In the event that we encounter technical difficulties, we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as we can, so that normal service is restored.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 smoothdevil ad payments are strictly non-refundable.

3.2. We reserve the right to amend the minimum bid for any type of ad campaign at any time.

3.3. Paypal is a trustworthy supplier of online financial transactions systems, but we take no responsibilty for your account security at Paypal, and you acknowledge that you use Paypal at your own risk, and based on the Terms and Conditions of Paypal. We accept no liability for any losses you incur through using the Paypal system.

3.4. In the event that your account is disabled through misuse of the site (including but not limited to spam, hacking, inappropriate messaging, display of offensive or copyright material) please be aware that any unused ad budget you may have will not be refunded.

3.5. Once payment has been made, you are free to pause your ad campaigns as required. There is no time limit on ad campaigns.
